It’s called Miu Miu Denim Icons the new capsule collection launched by the brand that celebrates denim in all its coolest forms. Six jeans, each with a design inspired by the decade in which it was created and named after the most sophisticated, chic and iconic woman who wore it. Dark blue heavy cut Jauren reminiscent of the classic workwear of the 40s. Brigitte, on the other hand, has a high waist in dark denim, cut at the ankle to remember the very feminine line of the typical 50s Capri pants. Fran├žoise is in white denim, straight and with a high waist, typical of the 60s. The Jane model in faded and flared denim as it was in fashion in the 70s, with the low waist resting on the sides and the bell-shaped leg, in perfect “flowers for children” style. Brooke is unisex, in dark jeans as he was loved in the 80s, now with a mustache for a more current touch.
And finally Kate, a pair of medium blue loose jeans that seem stolen from her wardrobe. With a natural and minimal elegance, it follows the fashion dictates of the 90s.
