“La Città dei Robot” arrivata al Bicocca Village a dicembre sta ottenendo un grande successo! Bambini, ragazzi e genitori vivono un vero e proprio spettacolo interattivo high-tech durante il quale fare quattro chiacchiere con 72 robot dotati dell’intelligenza artificiale. Zone di realtà virtuali dove come veri astronauti si possono testare le tecnologie spaziali, comandare ologrammi e vedere uno dei più grandi Teatri di Robot al mondo, facendo amicizia con le tecnologie del futuro, per una domenica futuristica.
PRIMAVERA INDOSSATA
A gennaio si sente aria di equinozio primaverile. La stampa a fiori invade i magazine di moda e le nostre pupille si tingono di color magenta. Per noi è fondamentale veicolare le nostre eccellenze e la qualità delle nostre materie prime attraverso tutti i canali della ristorazione. Lavoreremo affinché la collaborazione con le aziende agroalimentari lombarde si ampli e sia sempre più forte”. Lo ha detto l’assessore all’Agricoltura, Alimentazione e Sistemi verdi della Regione Lombardia Fabio Rolfi che ha partecipato, questa mattina, alla presentazione ufficiale della nuova edizione ‘My Selection’ di McDonald’s, la linea di hamburger premium selezionati da Joe Bastianich e realizzati con ingredienti DOP e IGP dei Consorzi italiani.
Dopo il successo delle prime due edizioni con quasi 30 milioni di panini veduti, prosegue, infatti, la collaborazione tra McDonald’s e i Consorzi di tutela e i produttori locali. Nuove ricette e ingredienti di qualità per rendere la nuova linea di burger premium ancora più italiana. Gli ingredienti di alta qualità sono stati scelti per abbinarsi perfettamente alla carne e al pollo provenienti da allevamenti italiani.
‘My Selection’ e la pluriennale collaborazione con i Consorzi di Tutela delle materie prime DOP e IGP e si inseriscono in un percorso che ha portato progressivamente McDonald’s a rivolgersi a fornitori per l’84% italiani. Ogni anno McDonald’s acquista 94.000 tonnellate di materie prime nostrane, per un investimento nel comparto agroalimentare del nostro paese di 200 milioni di euro.
“Già oggi – ha sottolineato l’assessore Rolfi – il 40% dei pasti viene consumato fuori casa e spesso con i nuovi metodi di somministrazione”. “Connettere la nostra industria agroalimentare alle esigenze commerciali – ha concluso – è fondamentale per la redditività economica delle aziende e per alzare la qualità dei prodotti”.
Hanno partecipato alla presentazione anche 60 studenti degli istituti alberghieri ‘Carlo Porta’ di Milano e ‘Giovanni Falcone’ di Gallarate (VA), invitati a partecipare a una sfida di cucina per la creazione del miglior panino a base di ingredienti DOP e IGP.

Ho trovato una vacanza degna della Lapponia con un soggiorno in un igloo in vetro, il tutto alla ricerca dell’aurora boreale con una slitta trainata da cavalli. Non male direi per fuggire nella natura selvaggia invernale della Lapponia finlandese con il viaggio della vita nell’Artico innevato. Rilassarsi in un igloo tutto vetro per una notte, situato vicino al meraviglioso lago Ranuanjärvi. Pensa che ogni spettacolare igloo ha una vista mozzafiato sulle acque aperte e sull’orizzonte settentrionale. Inclusi nel viaggio anche giro in slitta di due ore attraverso il meraviglioso paese delle meraviglie invernale. La tua guida ti racconterà storie sulla Lapponia mentre scruti i cieli notturni per quel bagliore di smeraldo sfuggente. Il Ranua Wildlife Park è a portata di mano e in loco troverai anche un ristorante e un parco giochi fatto di neve. Il villaggio turistico si trova a poco più di un’ora d’auto dall’aeroporto di Rovaniemi, un bellissimo viaggio attraverso paesaggi lapponi, quasi quasi parto. Ops dimenticavo, l’aurora boreale è un fenomeno naturale, speriamo di vederla.
